LSIS revised specific duties guidance

In my December 2012 edition of equality news, I commented on the outcomes of a sampling exercise conducted by the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC). This looked at how public authorities in England have met their duty to publish equality information. A significant number of authorities were sampled, including 115 colleges; many colleges were not meeting their duties, and we performed, overall, relatively poorly.
