How do you support neurodiverse learners?

Did you know that up to one in three students are neurodiverse? Do your staff recognise that many learning needs remain hidden? Would your staff know how to best support learners with neurodiverse conditions? Would short summary guides help?
Neurodiversity is about the different ways that people think, see and perceive the world, how they communicate and how they interact. Neurodiverse conditions are often linked to, but not limited by, Dyslexia, Dsycalculia, Dyspraxia, ADHD and conditions on the Autistic Spectrum. No two learners are the same, but some basic understanding of support helps identify specific strategies to meet the needs of individual learners, to ensure they realise their ambitions and reach their full potential.
