‘The other care crisis’

Scope has recently published ‘The other care crisis: Making social care funding work for disabled adults in England’, in liaison with Mencap, the National Autistic Society, Sense and Leonard Cheshire Disability. Are your disabled students affected?
The research highlights the scale of the Government’s social care crisis for disabled people, which has left thousands without access to basic care.
Scope, Mencap, The National Autistic Society, Sense and Leonard Cheshire Disability have launched a campaign to ‘Free the 100,000!’ and stop denying everyday freedoms to disabled people.
